Reversal Of Quality Inspection Lot

Hi.

Against a Purcahse Order GR has been done and Quality Inspection has been completed, and released from Quality. Now the requirement is to reverse the GR but system is giving an error message while reversal "GR cannot be canceled since Quality Inspection is Performed".

Please suggest how to reverse GR for Quality relesed Quantities.

You need to post the document with mov type 102 or 122 in MIGO and make sure that stock type is unrestricted and post the transaction.

Hi

There are two steps to reverse the material which has been cleared from quality inspection.

1. In QA32 tick the option " select all inspection lots" and give your material and inspection lot origion.

There you will can find the lot which you already gave UD with green light. Just select the lot and press UD button. In the Usage decision Tab..... functions...... cancel lot. then save it.

2. Go to MIGO and put your PO number and the movement type 102. then put the quantity to be reversed.

In the Where tab, select the Stock type as Unrestricted. Then check and post the document.

Now your stock will get reversed.
