Systems Message error !

Hi,

I am getting an error message whenever for New Transaction Entry in all Marketing Document I press Tab for choosing Customer or Vendor Code as :

Systems Message

The result of the 'list of' query contains more records than you defined in the General Settings. Continue ?

And if I press yes then its proceeds to let me enter the transaction data.

Can anyone help and guidence me to solve the above error of system message.

Hi Kawish,

You need to reset default setting from Choose List. Click on Restore Default button from Form Setting when you bring up the List of BP form.

Do you remember what changes had been made when this error message poped up?

It is an unusual message. What is your B1 version and PL? Have you upgrade B1 recently?

Under Administration>General settings on the display tab, what value do you have in the "No of rows in List of windows"? Try setting this bigger?
