SSO ticket generation is deactivated !!

Hi,

We have installed XI and we are on SP09 now.

We have configured a File to File scenario for test purpose. The file is getting picked using FTP but no message in SXMB_MONI.

In RWB -> Message monitoring -> Intergration server we get a System error and the details shows:

"SSO ticket generation is deactivated. You can only logon through basic authentication."

Any help ??

Hi Anish,

Don't you have a "login" button after this message somewhere...?

The message is becuase Single Sign between the components are not activated...

Hi Renjith,

I have two options after this message:

1) Basic Authentication

2) Change Password

But I'm not able to login. My ID has XI super user rights. Let me know which user name should I use here.

HI Anish,

See if your User Id have the SAP_XI_MONITOR_ABAP,

SAP_XI_MONITOR_J2EE, roles attached to them...

did you try logging in using XISUPER ?
