Hello Experts,
We have a URL iview which is pointing to a HTML file and from HTML file we are calling a pdf document.When user clicks on link, pdf is not opening in some
laptops(but it opens properly in some laptops).We are on EP6,Adobe reader8.0.0 and IE6.URL called is
https://demo.xyz.com/ccp/demo%20test/demo%20test1/Test1234_test.pdf
Please help me on this.

Hi,
When you say "it doesn't open" do you meen "nothing happens" OR do you get an Error OR doe you get a download popup?

Thanks for the reply.When it doesn't opens, some times it shows download bar and then displays"There was an error opening this document.The file cannot be found",sometimes it opens up a blank screen and on refreshing browser several times it displays the document.Some times it shows 75% of the document and then hangs.

very strange, the error seems not even to be consitent, is the pdf also stored in km?
Reason why I ask is because you mention "file not found" and that is very strange...
Did you do a http trace? for example with ieHTTPheaders --> http://www.blunck.se/iehttpheaders/download.html
These kind of tools can help you debug based on the http request/respons.
