Hi,

When you say "it doesn't open" do you meen "nothing happens" OR do you get an Error OR doe you get a download popup?

Cheers,

HI Benjamin,

Thanks for the reply. When it doesn't opens, some times it shows download bar and then displays"There was an error opening this document. The file cannot be found",sometimes it opens up a blank screen and on refreshing browser several times it displays the document. Some times it shows 75% of the document and then hangs.

Thanks & Regards,

Kiran

very strange, the error seems not even to be consitent, is the pdf also stored in km?

Reason why I ask is because you mention "file not found" and that is very strange...

Did you do a http trace? for example with ieHTTPheaders --> http://www.blunck.se/iehttpheaders/download.html

These kind of tools can help you debug based on the http request/respons.

Good luck,

Benjamin

HI Benjamin,

Both html file and pdf are stored in content servers,we are not using KM here.Tried HTTP trace but could not solve the issue.

Thanks,
