SAPup Error

Dear all,

We are Upgrading the PRD server.When we run the sapup ,we got the error.

The Error is

"ERROR: Basis Start Release not known in putGenSubstNamePuttb()".

kindly suggest us.

Hello ,

1. Generally upgrade guides specify the source releases from which version can be upgraded to target release

Please see that the your source release is certified by SAP to perticular taget release you want to upgrade to

2. Check the correct version of DVDs ,unicode and nonunicode

3. Try to get the latest SAPup program ,tp and R3trans

4. Also visit quick links /upgrade,erp-upgrade for further information .

5. else let us know the error in more detail
