Portal Activity Reporting not showing values from SMD tool

Hi,

We have SMD patch 14 on solution manager server and configured production server for monitoring which includes SMD agent and Wily Agents. Data is showing for these servers from Root Cause Analysis of SMD (which includes Exception Analysis, Traces, Workload etc). The only thing which is not showing is any data under Portal Activity Reporting tab under workload. System name is showing but no data for either user or iview or page for daily or weekly or monthly etc.

The jobs under scheduler is running fine. Applied the SDA's based on note 1084379 and also cleaned up table WCR_USERSTAT but still no data.

Is there any other suggestion from anyone ?

Hi,

No idea what happened, it started showing values. But still it is showing the user count like so and so day 30 named users logged on, but it not showing up who are those 30 users... Is there any way for this ?
