Hi PP Experts,

Can anybody please tell me when doesn't we get plaaned order when run MRP.

Dear,

There are number of reason for it.

MRP type -ND Material mater.

MRP type is not defined at Plant level

number ranges for plan orders in plant parameters OPPQ

Plant active FOR MRP and Planning filr entery for MRP OMDE

No requirement in MD61.

If stock available according the planning strategy.

Planning Horizon period for your plant -OMDX requirement outside.

Hi,

You will not get planned order in following cases:

1. If you set Plant-sp. matl. status as 01 Blocked for procment/whse in MRP-1 View -

---

> General Data Tab in Material Master

2.If you set MRP Type as ND No planning in MRP-1 View---->MRP Procedure Tab in Material Master

3.Further you can block Procurement in more than one Plant ( No Planned Order / Purchase Requisition) by setting X-plant matl status as 01 Blocked for procment/whse in Basic Data-1 View---> General Data Tab in Material Master.
