JavaGUI in Portal

Greetings.

Client is not happy with HTML GUI in Portal. Installing WIN GUI is not an option in all the client PCs' Is it possible to use Java GUI as a downloadable plugin without the GUI being installed on the individual Client PCs.

Hi, yes you can do it ... For this you need "web server" for this --> like IIS or other, also on client side must be installed JVM ...

from documents you can install the JVM from server automatically to (but i didn't check it) ... About web server installation try to download and read -->

After you need to set in portal services information about this web server, try to read blog -->

It's the old blog, describes the old portal and gui versions, but in direct the steps are same now to Try to read and check ...
