Access of Purchasing Group

I would just like to know how we can limit the access of a purchasing group to a specific purchasing organization.

Please help.

You have to take help of basis guy for proper authorization.

I suggest u to configure a new PO document type for that purchasing group and provide them with restricted authorizations with help of basis guys

i agree, you can do it through authorizations,

you create a role which you attach to a particular user..

in the role you limit the authorizations..

use tcode PFCG..
