I created a new Personnel Area MVAR in 2008. But when I run the EEO report in production it gives an error like this
Record could not be found. t5ueeo DG79643 2007 17 MVAR
How can I add a record for 2007 when it was not there?
How do I get rid of this error?
Also, we also reported on some Personnel areas in 2007 but the table T5UEEO is not updated for those.
Do I just go and add the entries for 2007 in T5UEEO or is there any other way to fix it.
it is giving the error.
Record could not be found. t5ueeo DG79621 2007 17 MVOP
Record could not be found. t5ueeo DG79632 2007 17 MVBD
I appreciate your help,
Thanks,
Rashmi
Hi,
Entries in table T5UEEO are used to report the previous years data. The entries in this table are to be maintained for the different Reporting
Units. If you already have this data, you can either maintain this in the table using the following path in the IMG:
Personnel Management->Personnel Administration->Organizational Data->Organizational Structure->Compliance Reports->Maintain EEO Record
for compliance as of 2007 or SM30.
Another option is to run the report for year 2007 with the checkbox 'Write results in EEO record' ticked and this will update the data.
However these entries in the table are NOT mandatory.
Hope this helps,
Daniela.
