Activation Problem-Requiring Registry Edit
When I try to open Xcelsius Engage 2008 software, a License Manager window comes up and says, "Your Xcelsius keycode is missing or expired. Please enter your Xcelsius keycode:". When I enter the keycode provided with the product, it says, "The keycode you entered is not valid. Please try again". Currently I cannot use the product.
Paulo Vallejo from Business Objects looked at the my product keycode and said it is okay. He spoke with telesales and said there is an activation problem that requires a registry edit. They instructed me to log a thread and an engineer would help me.
