Hi Anand

Java was installed at the time of Netweaver 2004s installation . Now if I uninstall 1.4.2_13 and Install 1.4.2_08 / 09 , wouldn't be a problem as I believe we need to make manual changes in many places in Visual Administrator etc

Please suggest .

Hi Rocky

Best Solution is to uninstall 1.4.2_13 and install 1.4.2_08 / 09. After installing change the folder name back to 1.4.2_13 so no need to make changes as u said

Hi,

Try to uninstall existing java in your local machine and then install JDK 1.4.2_18 and then restart and work. It is work.

Also goto Start>Programs>Java Web Start> File> Preferences>Java>Choose and remove the exiting version and then install JDK 1.4.2_18.

hi guys

Problem is resolved . sapjeeclient.jar file was corrupt in the integration directory . I replaced the file from one of the same system from customer place .

None of the suggested solutions worked as sapjeeclient.jar file was corrupt.

Hi Rocky

Do the following

1. Check whether you have HTTP proxy configured in your browser. Remove and try again

2. Check for the Java Version of system and server. If you are facing problem at client end then making changed to Java version is not a big thing. At server end it require changes to Visual Administrator

these guides will help you doing this

(Unix)

3. On your XI homepage, go to Administration page, and then choose "repository" or "directory" tab depending on which you have problem with, and then click on link "Java™ Web Start Administration". On the right side, click on button "Re-initialization and force-signing". It takes a while to initialize and re-sign all the jar files. Then you will be able to launch the repository or directory.
