Change Error message to a warning

Hi Guys,

How do I change a particular error message to a warning message for ME22N. The error message I am talking about is "Vendor's/manufacturer's QM system only valid to 04/30/2010" and the Message number is : QB301.

We get this error message when the delivery date on the line item is different to that of the one specified in the vendor master..

Hi,

You can change system message from error to warning in the following path.

SPRO-IMG-Material Management-Purchasing-Environment Data-Define Attributes of System Messages.

change the message from error to warning.

Isnt the path you suggested the same as OLME??QB301 is not specified in OLME.

1. Goto tcode : OLME(purchasse)

2. here u can see Environment data

3.Select Define system attributes and message

4.u change ur E ind to W

ur prb solve.

Cant change the QB301 from error to warning in either OMT4 or OLME. Any better suggestions?
