How to lock MM in Inventory

Hi,

I want to lock any materialmovements in MM because inventory.

I know lock Tcodes, users and lock periods in FI and CO.

I there another sinple way to do this?

hi,

IF you want to block the movement type for the material movement block...use the trasaction OMJJ and the remove the mvt type from allowed transactions...

IF you want to block the material then it can be blocked from the source list...

thanks to all.

I have take a look to MI01/MI31.

I doen't whant to use it, because i have insert 25.000 materials.

I have doen it by locking tcodes via SM01.

Using SM01 Lock all the Transaction Codes which Involves Material Movements..

Hi ,

In my current assignment we are using Material status to block any material movements but it is based on material. You can set this status in material master on different levels and for different types of business operations ( Sales, production , Warehosue , Inventory movement).
