Starting MSA error: UI_Language_independant

Hello experts,

while starting msa 50sp11 I get the error:

UI_Language_independant : creating the VB object AMobile Sales failed

Does anybody know what this could be ?

I' ve deinstalled msa twice, but I get always this error.

IS this a problem of the system language ?

Hi

Please go to the Folder %userprofile%\Local Settings
Application Data\SAP AG . Delete the Folder CRM Mobile Sales Application.

Also delete the folder Runtime which is present in Application folder.

Now run the application.

Hi,

Please register MSA.Dll again. This should solve the problem. Goto command prompt and use the "REGSVR32" cmd to register the MSA.dll.

Hello Siva,

I've deleted th efolders and now it is possible to start msa.

I've never had this error before. Why does it come up, although msa-installation

was successfullly ?
