how to close activity and open the next one in IC Web Inbox

Hi Experts,

we are opening an activity (contact) in agents inbox in IC Web Client. We treat the activity, we save and press the ok buttom. The activity will close but the central contact person will still we the one of the last activity and we cannot open next activity.

Are we missing configuration or is there simply an error in procedure?

Hi

Do u have start interaction and End buttons in Home page or not?

if yes when ever u press on start interaction record starts with that person and end button stops his interaction record and re start the new persosn when ever u again click on start interaction button

thanks for your answer.

My problem ist that the End buttom drops me out of the inbox. This is not very practical.

I just want to finish the interaction and start the next one.
