crm 2007- target group creation

Hi all,

I am not able to view my Graphical Modeler screen in my Webclient.I am getting a blank screen, but no error messages.

Is there any additional settings to make Graphical Modeler active ?

hi Arvind,

As rightly said by everbody it may be due to java client. You basis team will be able to identify the java client required.

Hello Aravind,

When you try to open the graphical modelere, to activate the applet you need to click once on the blank screen. May be that is a problem. Please try that. Hope it helps.

Is Java runtime installed in your system ?

The Graphical modeller in 2007 for creation of Target groups is a Java Applet.

Hi,

Implement Latest Java 2 Runtime Environment on your client PC.

Ensure that it should be SE v1.4.2_09 or higher.This might solve your problem.

the best JRE is 1.4.2 b12 with this one you have no problem with Mark Calendar + Segmentation Tool + Interactive Script Editor.
