time attendance calculation

hi

we are working on negative time management, but calculating attendance in IT 2002. now here the scenario is that we are freezing work schedule rule for an employee in IT 0007 with planned working hours of say 200 as monthly working hours.

now if the salary of the employee is Rs.10000 then his hourly rate is 50 per hour(1000/200).

if the employee undergoes loss of pay for for 8 hours then total salary would be calculated on 192 hours(200-8=192 hrs). that would be around Rs. 9600 i.e. 192*50.

but this above scenario is in the case, if the working timings are calculated from IT 0007 monthly work schedules which would be constant for every month.

but as our client requirement the monthly working hours change for every month based on holidays and number of working days in a month

now please some one can let me know how to change the monthly work schedules planned hours based on working days in a month so that employee salary rate which is based on total number of working hours in a month say first month number of planned working hours is 200 then houlry rate is 50 and if next month the planned working hours change based on the nuber of working days to 208 then the hourly rate would be 48.076 so some please inform me whether any changes needed at pcr or schema level or can be done by time accounts.

Hi,

You have to modify the divisor you are using in the Factoring node of your payroll schema.

Hope this helps.
