Hi,
We can see the Tax classification fields in customer master and Material master JTX1, JTX2, JTX3,JTX4....as per my Knowledge
JTX1 for Excise duty
JTX2 for sales tax-LST
JTX3 for sales tax-CST
JTX4 for Cess.........Plzz correct me if iam wrong.
Plzz elbrote me with Example

JTX1, JTX2, JTX3,JTX4 are default Tax Condition type for which Tax Classification requires to be maintained. However through configuration in Account Group, it can be made optional.
These Tax Classification can also be used to maintain Condition record for pricing.

Maintain one tax category say JTX1 & tax classification 0 (nil tax), 1 (half tax) 2 (full tax). So in matl master or cust master you can find one tax category with 0,1,2 as tax classifcations
You can find config in SPRO S&D, Basic functions, Taxes
Define Tax determination Rules - Assign tax category to the country( JTX1 to IN)
Define Tax relevancy for Master records. Maiantain the tax category JTX1 for customer & material (0,1,2)
