Assigning Possible agents to the task - F4 entry doesnot pop up any entry

Hi,

When I am trying to assign a role as possible agents to the task, the role option doesnot contain any f4 entry in it. But when I checked out for the role in master data, it was available. Can you please let me know

why the entry is not available only when I try assigning it in task .

Hi Dinesh,

Is your issue:

1) when you try to display possible roles, NO roles are listed...

OR

2) roles are listed but the role you want is not listed, even though you can call it up in PFCG

?

Thanks for your reply. It is the first case. No roles are listed. But the roles are maintained in the master data.

Help->Settings->F1 Help select In Modal Dialog Box->F4 Help Select Dialog(Modal)

Are you having the Proper Authorization role. Please check with SU53 dump.
