GP-CORE not available in EHP1..

Hi.

I have recently installed NWCE Enhancement package 1. However I cannot find the GP-CORE component in the system information page...or for that matter on the file system.

Can i download it from somewhere?

Hi,

It's rather by design than by mistake 😛

GP is still included in the EhP installer as a separate installation option (Guided Procedures). It was just moved out of the Composition Platform. I think what the Composition Platform holds in EhP1 is basically Portal runtime, VC, UWL and CAF.

I guess the most important reason for leaving GP out of the Composition Platform is the new BPM of CE which is probably a good alternative.
