MRP Profile field while creating material master

Hi all!!

I am trying to create a material master with MRP views. Actually when i select the views and press enter a screen will appear asking for the Plant, Storage location and MRP Profile. But i am not getting the MRP Profile tab field. I have even created a MRP Profile in MMD1. But still i am not getting the field.

Can anyone give some inputs... Thanks in advance.

Are you creating this material newly in the system or it has already created with the MRP views for any plant, if it is alreay exists and you are trying to create again with MRP views system gets the MRP data and hence to differentiate it would ask for MRP profile,so if material is created already in the system then go for material extension.

Go for OMS9 check if it is any field selection problem........

Create your MRP profiles in MP80..and then try..Are you planning to use forecast profiles??
