sub contract po has been created, and po has been released and stock has been transferd 541 and now iam doing migo but before that i want to make changes in po i want to give 10 % over delivery tollarence how to do this

I am not sure if this is your problem or not - but there use to be a problem with ME29N that it would not allow you to cancel the strategy once the po printed (see sap note 493900 #12). You may want to try cancelling the strategy with ME28.

just go to me29n

here cancel ur relase of po

then change it and agin release it

as the transfer of material is nothing to do with po (it needs vendor ) u can change it without making stock transfer reverse

You can add 10 % tolerence in subcon PO by doing following:

1. Cancel the release in ME29N transaction.

2. Go to Change PO and enter the tolerence limit.

3. Now again release the PO.

Now this will effect in your GR against this PO.

Hi,

Please go in ME29N t-code.

Enter your purchase order number and go in Release Strategy tab.

Then click on Cancel Release button.

After change your data in purchase order, Release purchase order.

hi,

Sorry for misunderstanding...

Firstly, cancel the release in the PO....

then make changes in the PO ie. enter your overdel % in the PO item details...

Then save it ...and

again release it with the same vendor code...

Then do the Stock transfers...
