Change before earliest retro date according to control rec to py area

Dear Friends,

When my client changed Relationship Job corrosponding to the position ,system thrown an error "Change before earliest retro date according to control rec to py area" and IT0001 screen already has a job and Org unit blanked out fields.

That means in IT0001 orgunit and Job fields blanked out and we want to retrieve those record,

Can you please help me out.

Yes your chaged data will be in the Overview.

Make sure you put the earliest retroactive date to original date which system had previously other wise it may lead to problems

Hi,

go to pa03 ,give the the payroll area and change the earliest retro active date.Then it will allow u to change the master record

record and after that u set the retro active date as it was before.

It allowed my to change but after giving "Change before earliest retro date according to control rec to py area" messsage IT0001 screen already has the job and org unit blanked out .

So i want to retreive missing data , and fix delemited data ..

hi sp, check by clicking overview button on infotype 0001.

I checked it ,, Job, Orgunit aand Cost centre field blanked out.

check V_T77so if u r maintian the cost center from om side

check plogi orga

can u see the position there ,if not then

u cross check in hrp1001 infotype give ur personnel no and otype as p and relat = 008 and infotype1001 sclass = s

the output sobid will be ur position

then for job just use 007 relationship.

to get org unit use A003
