mail is not received on status change of service desk message

gurus ,

i ahve configured service desk and automatic mail alert by folllowing the blog ,

the problem is after changing the status to "in process" and saving the message , i clicked the ACTIONS tab in the servie desk message overview .

there the status is red .

the error is "No communication data could be determined from address 10735 10734 " ,

the detailed log is

"No communication data could be determined from address 10735 10734

Message no. SPPF_MEDIA032

Diagnosis

No recipient could be determined for the transferred address.

Company address: 10735

Personal address: 10734

System Response

Processing cannot be performed.

Procedure

Check whether address data has been entered in the central address administration for the required processing type.

Check the BP address tab for the message processor has the email id properly mentioned at both the places

Also verify the emp type maintained if they are message processors.

Pls assign pts.
