Hello,

I have to import a long historie of invoices. I want to do that into orders in SBO so no financial transactions will be made.

But at the moment I can't find a way to import closed orders? Is there a way?

I tried closingdate and linestatus but it won't work

Does seomone has any idea?

Get legacy datas of sales orders in excel and map datas into oOrder DTW template & import it thru DTW as Draft for history.

When you import sales order thru DTW & Close it,Committed quantity get effected in inventory.

The customer has a lot of invoices if I want to import them it wil create Journal Entries, to avoid that I read them in as closed orders.

No transactions will be made then....if the order are closed....

And the customer can take a look at his history through orders.....the customer does not want to use it for financial history but only to the purchased articles by a customer.

In what way should the copy express help? I have to import from excel not from an old SAP Database...

Can you clarify yourself?
