Hi,
We are trying to archive FI_DOCUMNT object in ERP 6.0 running on IBM i5 series with DB2.
The archive write job runs fine and it created the archive file in the exchange directory which mentioned in OAC0. But, when the store files job runs it is giving the following error and the arichiving process terminated.
Job started
Step 001 started (program RSARCH_STORE_FILE, variant , user ID ARTERIABAS
Archive file 000033-001FI_DOCUMNT is being processed
Archive file 000033-001FI_DOCUMNT does not exist
Error occured when checking the stored archive file 000033-001FI_DOCUMNT
Job cancelled after system exception ERROR_MESSAGE
But, in archive management it is saying that the file accessible.
Anyone can help us to resolve this?
P.S : We are using OpenText 9.6.0 Livelink as the archiving tool.
Kind Regards,
Indrakumar
Hi Indrakumar,
In addition to my earlier mail, few more comments:
Store job can be terminated because of following reasons:
1. Connectivity between SAP system and storage system (LEA 9.6.0) = Same content repository should be present in SAP system and LEA 9.6.0.
2. Different Physical Basic path / Physical Archive path in content repository to your Physical file mentioned in the FILE system customizing.
3. If there is no archive file in the exchange directory. There are chances that Archive session no is created without any data so you can cross check whether data is present in the archive session no.
-Thanks,
Ajay

Dear All,
Thanks to all for the inputs. Finally, we have solved the issue by changing the security settings in archive server.
In Archive Server Admin window, go to File -> Server configurations -> Document Services -> Security settings -> Global security settings for HTTP
Change the value as "No Security".
That's it. The problem solved for us.
Kind Regards,
Indrakumar

Hi Indira Kumar,
You have to check the following things:
1. In Content repository (OAC0) that you have selected for this FI_DOCUMNT is having Physical Basic path and Physical Archive path as same? If it differs then logic will also differs
2. Check the same content repository is present in LEA 9.6.0.
3. Check whether this archive file for this 333-001 session is present in the Exchange directory.
-Thanks,
Ajay

hi.
are there more than one application servers? if yes, it could be possible that the systems doesn't have the same (nfs)directory.
you can also check the read / write permissions of the file / folder on os-level.
best regards,
martin
