Hi Prasita,

make sure you are not running 1.4.2_10. There are some problems with this version. Version 1.4.2_08 and 1.4.2_09 are reported to work fine.

hi Parista,

did you Make sure that you add to the system environment variable path the value %JAVA_HOME%\bin

and also don't use jre 1.4.2_10.

best to use is 1.4.2_09

hi Parista,

i ran a check on your error and i seem to have found a SAP note talking about it. Note 682069

(if my previous post didn't help u much)try this, your error seems to be a windows error message.

Hi,

The version of jre on my system was 1.4.2_07.

As correctly pointed out by you, the problem was with the version of jre.

I am able to install it successfully with jre 1.4.2_08

Thanks for your valuable guidance,

Hi Arun,

I am new to SAP. I try to search the Note 682069 but get no result from SAP Developer Network site. Could you tell me how to locate this note? Thanks!
