Exporting Authorization List

Hi All

I need to know how to export the authorization list when it is fully expanded. At the moment if I export it only the user names appear on the left side and there is no list of authorizations on the right side.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for you reply however I am still new to this and still don't understand the solution suggested by Jimmy Micheal in the link you provided. He mentions that there is a "pdf file that can be download from How To of documentation resource center. When you browse it, you click how to then the link of How to will appears. you could download the file."

Is he talking about help, documentation in SAP itself or some other place?

The Documentation he is talking about is available on the service Market Place, path as follows:

Channel Partner Portal -> Solutions -> SAP Business One -.> Support -> Additonal info -> Online support -> documentation resource centre

Also check Note No. 1175770 if the same apply to your case at the following link :

You need to have a S-user ID and password to access the Service Market Place.
