hi all,

We created an STO with delivery with 2 lines, created delivery note made PGI. After PGI for first line GR was made, and for 2nd line we came to know stock is physicall not there. Now is it possible to cancel PGI only for 1 line item in the delivery note.

Hi,

It is not possible to reverse the DO as there is a part GR made.

If tried with VL09 you will get the error Message no. M7022 - PU Withdrawn qty exceeded by ,,,,,,

What you can do is the receive the qty aginst the Delivery and then create a new STO or move the stock using MB1B 301 to the respective plant

It may not be possible to cancel the PGI partially

You may need to cancel the total PGI
