Dear all,

For one material we are facing difference between mm03 n mmbe.

in mmbe it is 0 unrestricted, 900 in QI

while in mm03 , total qty is 2700

in mb5L also it is 2700..

so in mmbe qty is less, how is it possible?

if i see in MBEW table i can see 2700 kg, i.e. 900 kg for 3 batches..

please reply as soon as possible.

regards,

Darshana

MM03 -> Accounting View -> Total Stock is the Total Valuated Stock.

In MMBE, Total Stock comprises of Valuated and Non Valuated Stock.

Also, if there are Sales Order Stock with Individual Valuation, these Stocks will not be shown in Accounting View -> Total Valuated Stock, however this will be in MMBE.

Solution: - SAP OSS Note# 34440 Procedure for correcting the material master

Hi,

Go to MMBE and check the deatils of the stock for blocked as well as intransit stock like unrestricted and QI.

or otherwise problem seems to be related with batch number.

This may help you.

Thanks & Regards,

Dear,

MM03 -> Accounting View -> Total Stock is the Total Valuated Stock. so check your valution type?

In MMBE, Total Stock comprises of Valuated and Non Valuated Stock.

Also, if there are Order Stock with Individual Valuation, these Stocks will not be shown in Accounting View -> Total Valuated Stock, however this will be in MMBE.

My suggestion is raise an OSS msg and get some feed back from SAP

Hope clear to you.

Hi,

1)Please check if ur using any alternate unit of measure, so that its showing diff in qty.

2)In the MMBE transaction Select of display level sub screen please select selection parameter like batch

number and storage location show that it show the qty.
