In FB70 transaction,in menu there is option of Environment -Complex posting.What is the use of this.

Complex posting is used for combine entries or for multi transaction entries for same GL but for different customers.

Is it for invoice posted to two customers or can it be two invoices for one customer.I think both can be done.Am i right?

FB70 is single screen posting
While selecting complex posting you will go to multi screen posting ie you will go to TCode F-22
