Purchase order confirmation

Hi All,

I am setting up confirmation key for STO. for Inbound Del/Rough GR.

I am sending STO from one plant to anotherplant. No when outbound delivery is created at other plant then Confirmation creation indicator should change from 1 to 2 (shipping notification).

how to set up this

Hi ,

Automatic status change for confirmation is not available. But you do this change by using PGI User exit.

I an not able to get the requirement of confirmation on STO case , as PGI document itself acts as confirmation and is visible in document flow of STO.

In external purchases , we understand vendor is outside of our system and hence we may require confirmation ...
