SM30 related query

Hi All,

When I put any table or view name in SM30 for maintainence then click on display or maintain and go inside .

After that when I go to tab "GOTO" -

"TRANSLATION" then for some tables and views that "TRANSLATION" tab is activated and for some it is not activated.

But our client wants "TRANSLATION" tab to be activated for all tables and views.

Please give the helpfull answer.

Hi vikram,

Translation is something provided by SAP.All the objects cannot have translation allowed.There is a translation key/field in the object with the help of which the system decides if that objects can be translatable or not.

So u can tell your client that translation is not possible for all objects.
