How I can schedule a BTC job which will list all the directories at OS level d:\<any directory>.

I can't see why would anyone need to do that... anyhow.
You can create a simple external command in sm69 and use it on sm36 to create a spool listing of whatever you want to list.
I'm sure that going directly to the OS level is quicker.

You can do it using sm49/sm69 and create the command.
or YOu can do the same from Operating System level.
