Please dont download anything..its a Crime. SAP wants u to attend d training first and then only u will get the materials.
Not to rain on anyone's parade here, but I doubt the JA300 material is going to help out with getting the certification all that much. I guess it depends on WHICH certification, but for example the SAP NetWeaver Portal Development Certification required detailed know-how of which libraries of the PDK are used in which situations...
It's multiple-multiple-choice, but that doesn't make it easier as they provide some tricky answers as well. The best bet is take the courses, especially the one that INCLUDES the certification as the instructors will also provide some insight on what will and what will not be important fort he test.
