how to distribute Lead generated through External list management

Hi guys

I was creating Leads thorugh ELM,well i was able to do the same but now i am facing the problem about how to distribute these Leads to different employees within the organisation for further processing.

In the Org strucutre i have maintained there is one position MTMs to which Leads which are generated in mass by ELM should be distributed.

now what should be a logic that will decide that which Lead will be distributed to particular MTM,

any ideas??m pretty stuck right now on this
