Printer setting

Dear Team,

When I giving the printing to the printer . It ask about witch printer . i.e Output Device

Spool Control : Print Immediatelly

:Delete after output

:New spool request

:Close spool request

I want by defauly Print immediatelly should be select but right now New spool request is selected .

I have check my Profile via SU01 in this I have selected in Spool control is Output immediatelly.

Please help

Spool Request

Name SMART PRIN BASIS

Title

Authorization

Spool Controll

Print Immediatelly

Delete after Output

New spool Request

Close Spool Request

Spool retention pd 8 Day(s) SAP cover page

Storage Mode Recipient

Department

By Default New Spool Request box is selected Then I manually select Print immediatelly.

then give Print command.

I want by default First one Print immediatelly should be selected

which SAP version you are on?

for NetWeaver 04s you can change the setting as below

print your output -> select output device --> click on properties --> click on specifications --> select field name : new spool request --> click on change button and uncheck the value.

print your output -> select output device --> click on properties --> here you can change the print option (select general properties --> time of printing)

Hi Manu,

By the way you have explained your problem,I think that you want to print directly to the default printer rather than selecting one from the list,Is it right????

If thats the case you can go to ur user master record through SU01 and select default tab--> In spool control,select the printer you to print default and OS level select the printer as default.
