how to change the project details

Hi all,

for a project, we used wrong budget profile... we need to change it as another budget profile.. When I tried T.code: cj20n, budget profile field is in display mode...not allowing to change.... some other field are in change mode... How can I change this field...???

Hi,

Make sure you r in change mode of CJ20N.

if u r in change mode then u have to change field selection

go to OPUJ then put ur project profile in content field.

then tick radio button of budget profile as input.

Now I can change the budget profile... but I'm getting some problem... Already 1000 usd was budgeted for this project...

When I changed this budget profile... now it's showing in EGP currency.. but in the amount field it's showing blank., but in distributed field it's showing 1000 usd's...

Now when I enter any amount in budget... 100 EGP

then budget is showing as 100 EGP, distributed showing 1017 usd., Can we make the both with same amounts.....???

In Budget Profile set the budget currency as "transaction currency". Then u can set the required currency in CJ30.

budget profile was selected as trans. currency...

it's giving a message " some different curruncy values were difined" then showing the values....

budget values 0, distributed values 1000 usd..

when I entet 100 egp, distibuted values are increasing

but... budget values and distributed values are showing different., how could I make both are same...??

Budget may be distributed from overall to annual. See the annual overview , there may be some values. Delete all of them.

but when I delete the budget values in cj30., it generate a document... then I changed the budget profile..

then I need to enter the budget values..... am I right...??

my doubt is, if I deleted the existing values.. does it affect any business values...??

and what the path of OPS9..

You r right. Reenter budget.

It will not impact any business value.

SPRO->Project System->Cost->Budget->Maintain Budget profile.

Goto OPUJ transaction and change ''Budget Profile ''as input field.

Change in transaction OPUJ Budget profile as input option.

If in ur existing profile u made changes then u can activate those changes thru CJBN by reconstructing availabilty control.

I have change the screen field status for budget profile and project profile as input field in OPUJ., but only budget profile is changed, still project profile field as display mode only.. How could I change project profile field as input field....??
