Hello Guys,
I need to perform a split mirror online backup using BRBACKUP and copy the data from drive 😧 to drive K: and drive E: to drive L: and for that i would use the below command.
brbackup -t online_split -m all,D:=K:,E:=L:,F:=M:
My project needs the data from the copied drives K:,L:,M: to a tape device.
Will it be possible to issue that to brbackup in one step as contiuation to the above activity.
If so can you help me with the correct syntax.
Also can you provide the same syntax for unix enviroment.
Thanks and Regards,
-Bijesh
Hi Bijesh,
Its nice to see you here.
I knew that we can take backup of backup with brbackup but I didnt see any option in brbackup to take original backup and backup of backup at same time. Might be Ralph Ghanzsky / Manish mght know.
Thanks,
Kiran.
