how to take data back in SAP ......and MY OS is win-2003 server.

From your question, i understood like, you are looking for Data backup strategy.

Backup strategy:

SAP recommeds any one of following strategies.

1. Daily full backup (offline backup)

2. Daily incremental backup (Online backup ) and weekly once full backup (offline backup)
