262 movement

Dear all

My quiry - I have done 261 movement for 10 material at a time through Mb1a , so system has created one material doc. number for 10 material . now i want to reverse (262) one material out of 10.

I have try MB11 ,Mb1a,migo

tell me correct procedure

Hi,

You can use t-code MIGO to reverse a single item out of the multiple items in your material document.

t-code MIGO - <Cancellation> - <Material document> -<Material document no>

all the items posted in the document will be copied, but with a reversal movement type - in this case 262

Check 'Item ok' for the line item which you want to reverse

Click on 'Check' & when the document is 'OK'. Save the document.

Check the result, by displaying the document

Hi,

Yes its correct just enter the order number ,material number,qty and storage location and post the material with 262 movment type.

MB1A, MB11, MIGO

Do cancel the material document by tcode MBST. System will reverse the goods issue.

Hi,

To perform 262 movement type you can use Tcode MIGO or MB1A also. Select 262 movement type & with respect to order or reservation number you can reverse the goods issue.

if you are knowing material document no then another option is there as to cancel the material document with MBST Tcode.
