How to map AMC scenarios in SAP.

Dear Ram,
AMC can be done in serveral ways,
Create a Out Line Agreement via T code ME31K with item D and Account Assignment D.
Release the OLA via ME35K
Create the maintenance plan (IP42)
Shcedule the plan (IP10)
Get the Maintenance order number (IP24)
Goto Change mode of maintenance plan (IW32) in operation tab maintain the control key as PM03, click on External button at bottom of the screen, maitain the OLA number in purachasing screen with item number of OLA.
Then Release the order. Again goto change mode of the order and take the PR number in Operation tab by clicking ACT Data button.
Convert the PR into PO (ME21N)
After the AMC is conpleted by the vendor, create the service entry sheet against the PO. (ML81N)
Then close the order. (IW32)
If you dont want to carry lout the via Maintenance Plan, means if you want to do as on required basis, you can eliminate the steps IP42, Ip10, IP24 rest all remains same.
Hope this may give you some clarity about AMC.

HI,
You can follow the following steps for AMC.
1. Create Equipment
2. Create an Outline agreement for AMC
3. Create Tasklist for the equipment. In operation screen use PM02 or PM03 as control key. System will ask for cost element, PRgrp, Mat.grp. then enter. Service specification screen will open. In that you can give OLA no. & select service no. enter qty, and gross price. Then save.
4. Ceate maintenace plan for that Equipment and assign equipment tasklist.
5. Do scheduling (IP10) & Deadline monitoring (IP30) . System will generate PM order.
6. Get the order no thro' scheduling overview list.
7. Open & Release the order. (IW32). After release system will generate PR.
8. Make PO for the PR.
9. Maintain service entry sheet.
10. Complete & Confirm the order.
11. Settle the order.
12. Close the order.

you can follow this process for AMC :
Make outline agreement for services
create maint. order against outline agreement
Select the Services From the OLA ( Outline agreement no )
maint. order created with respective PRs
Create the Framework order with reference to OLA
Change the Account Assignment to u201CF u201D( Order ) as required in PO
Select the Services from the PRu2019s
The FO Created with Reference to various Service PRu2019s
Released framework order thru ME29N
Create Service Entry Sheet with reference to Framework order
Once the Service entry sheet Released the Actual cost will be updated in the M.O.
