LSMW for Storage Bin Creation?

Hello,

I wanted to create Storage Bins from Transaction LS01N but wont be able to do it manual.

Can we have a LSMW for creating the storage Bins which can read from a file the fields(St type,St bin,St Section, St Bin type,etc) that I need to upload.

I know there is an auto bin creation function within the config but we do not want to use it as we have the bin numbers which would not be in any sequence.

Please let me know what is the best method.

Hi,

Do a LSMW recording on transaction LS01N and use that recording in LSMW to upload the data.

Hi,

LSMW can be created for any scenario......You just need to take care of the Recording...if you opting for BDC......
