Table API in BI 7.0

Is it true that there are no Table API Functionality in BI 7.0. If this is the case what are the alternatives?

I think so. WAD 3.5 is rendered in BI ABAP which has the Table Interface. The query used should not affect the Table interface. WAD 7.0 is rendered in BI Java and hence no table interface.

Do you know if it is possible to use WAD 3.5 with Queries written in BI 7.0 Query designer and Table API would still work.

If you use WAD 3.x in BI 7.0 you can still use Table Interface. For WAD 7.0 uou have to use Javascript.
