Some users enounter this err msg when running any reports while other users do not encounter the err msg.

The report servers were recently switched. We are using ASP code to generate the reports in the dhtml viewer?

This is Ted - do you have any further info concerning the error message?
Are you generating your own logon token in code, are you redirecting to InfoView, are you using URL reporting, and are cookies enabled?
Are you on CE 10?
