To configure and use the solution manager,must have installed the AddOn ST-SER (SAP SOLUTION MANAGER SERVICE TOOLS)? If so, where can I download?

In wich section? patches o installation?
patches and then do a search for ST-SER, depending on your current stack you'll need a different version
