Hello All,
We are able to send the EDI Message(Signed and encrypted ) to our customer using the AS2 adapter. Our customer able to Decrypt the message and see the edi message.
We have exchanged the valid certificates to our customer.
But We are getting the following error while using the Sender AS2 Adapter , Error while parsing AS2 message: AUTHENTICATION_ERROR # to receive the message from their system.
Can you plz help me to solve this issue.....
Points will be awarded.
Thanks,

Are you using certificate in sender agreement, check if all names and everything is correct.
Also check correct certificate are installed or may be for incoming you dont require certificate in that case remove and check.

Hi,
You'll get this error message if an incoming AS2 message cannot be authenticated.
- Did you check the authentication certificate settings?
- Maybe there is no authentication required in the incoming request. You could try to disable the u201Cauthentication requiredu201D flag, if messages without authentication are to be received.

Daniel
