30270: An internal error occurred while calling the 'processDPCommands' API

We are using web intelligence desktop (on BO XI 3.0) on one pc when we start the query the message above show's up.

I found the same question already there was a hint to a BO Note 1183642 where can I find this note?

You should be able to access notes from the [SMP Portal|http://service.sap.com/bosap-support]

You will need an account to access.
