Populating person responsible in Notification

Hi Gurus-

I have created a custom notification that is a combonation of a general notification and claim notification.

And I want to be able to have the coordinator user populate based on the author user ID. How do I config/code for that to happen? (I have both the Author and Coordinator User partner types in the partner profile.)

Also, if I add a task to the notification, I can populate the task with the partner type to perform the task, but I can't populate/select the actual person to perform the task. What am I doing wrong?

Person have been created in PA30 or PA40?
